Whitsunday Regional Council provides a range of electronic facilities that you can use to access Council information and services.

TO ENSURE YOUR ASSESSMENT IS PAID CORRECTLY CHECK YOU HAVE ENTERED THE CORRECT ASSESSMENT NUMBER FROM YOUR NOTICE.

Online Payments

We accept Visa and MasterCard for the following payment types Rates, Water charges, Animal renewals, Debtor invoices and Parking infringements. A surcharge of 0.5% will apply to the total amount payable from 1st August 2020, when you make a payment with a credit card. To avoid incurring the surcharge, please take advantage of the BPay option where applicable or contact the Customer Service Team on 1300 972 753 (Monday-Friday 8.15am-5.00pm) for further payment options.

Please be advised the following payments cannot be made via this eServices online payments at this time:

Accommodation, Advertising Signs, Building, Planning & Plumbing Applications, Busking, Food Premise, Footpath Dining, Gates & Grids, Goods on Footpath, Impounded Vehicles, Personal Appearance Services, Pet Shops, Portable Advertising Signs, Vendors and Waste Transporters

Online requests

Please select the most appropriate subject to the left for your request and we will evaluate and send it onto the correct person for action. A customer request receipt number will be provided at the end of submitting a request through this website as an acknowledgement of council receiving your enquiry. Please keep this number for any future enquiries. Further correspondence or contact may take up to 10 business days, while our officers evaulate and take the necessary actions.
